Dr. Longfield was very happy with Xander’s growth and development thus far. He weighs 13 lbs. and is 23 1/2 in. long. She (the Dr.) still feels a slight popping in his left hip, which will be addressed by the specialist again in December. He got 4 shots today and cried his little eyes out, but got over it quickly. He showed lots of strength and alertness throughout his exam. He gets to start eating cereal, once a day for a few weeks, then twice a day after that. He still has Acid Reflux and will remain on Prevacid to help treat it. When we go back for a 6-month checkup, he’ll get another round of shots :0( and will start eating veggies :0) !
