Kathy, Mary, Xander, and I went to a Glow last Sunday night. The weather was great! The rest of the week was rainy and windy, so some of the events were cut short or cancelled. We went to a Mass Ascension on Wed. morning, but only half of the balloons took off before the wind picked up. My friends Lucinda and Jeff came into town for the festivities (he’s in the yellow balloon pictured below). I took off work Friday night to go to the Special Shapes Glow with them. It was nice, but again the wind forced many of the balloons to call it quits early. The fireworks show after the Glow was awesome!
