Happy New Year!
December 31st, 2006We hope everybody has a safe and happy New Year.
Rachel, Rita, Breanna, and I are going to Cancun on the 1st. We will be gone for almost a week. I can’t wait to get my feet in the sand, and my face in the sun. Especially after the recent snow storms we’ve had.
Be careful if you go out to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Hopefully, 2007 will be GREAT for all of us.
Happy Birthday George!

Xander is 18 Months Old
December 12th, 2006Dang, what a difference a year makes! I was thinking back to this time last year and all the many ways that Xander has changed since then. He is walking, talking, dancing, running, singing, laughing, and even biting.
I look at him and wonder what happened to Mommy’s little baby? He is everything a little BOY could be and more! He likes to wrestle, and play rough! He makes the cutest “VROOM” noises when he plays with his “trucks” (any vehicle, whether it is a car, truck, bicycle, or motorcycle is considered a TRUCK to him). Talk about all-terrain vehicles, he loves to drive his “trucks” all over your body and his body too. But our favorite game to play right now, next to throwing a ball, is when Mommy acts like she is gonna give Xander a shoulder massage. I lightly squeeze his shoulders and he melts to the floor in laughter. He is so ticklish I don’t even have to touch him and he starts to giggle. I tell ya, that giggle is the best sound I’ve ever heard!
I absolutely love the growth that is visible from one week to the next. It is soooooo exciting to be a part of his ever-changing world!
I dare to wonder what he will be like this time next year!
The Little Millard Boys
November 24th, 2006While we were in Texas this week, Xander got together with his cousins for a group photo.
These guys are adorable!

Happy Thanksgiving
November 23rd, 2006Just want to wish everybody a happy Thanksgiving. I am in Texas with my family this year, for the first time in 6 years. It is nice to be home and surrounded by so many loved-ones. We all gathered at my uncle Tracy’s beautiful home in Fayetteville.
I have to say, with all the rugrats around, Thanksgiving is quite different than it used to be. I didn’t even get a chance to have seconds or pumpkin pie. ![]()
I think they call it, “Mommy’s Toddler Diet”…
Happy Halloween 2007
October 31st, 2006“Chicken Little” would like to wish everyone a safe and Happy Halloween! :0)
-Happy Birthday to our favorite twins Rachel and Rita too.
Tasting Dog Treats
September 9th, 2006Xander had his first taste of dog treats today!
Rita was teaching Xander how to reward our dog, Ben, by giving him a treat. After giving Ben a few, Xander decided he wanted one himself. Rachel and I saw it coming, but Rita was looking at us when it happened. We hollered from across the room and they both looked at us like, “What?”.
It was bound to happen, I guess. Although, I always thought he’d sample the cat food first.
